Product Description:

HTPO series of lightweight polymer products are foamed with high-performance controllable technology. It is a new type of ultra-lightweight inorganic non-metallic material, and the structure is composed of micron-scale airtight hollow spheres.

Purpose of foaming:

The purpose of general material foaming is to lighten the weight of the product and enhance the thermal insulation and turbulence of the product. The purpose of foaming the cable material is to reduce the dielectric constant of the material. General material foaming methods are divided into chemical foaming methods and physical foaming methods. (nitrogen foaming)

Application: Foaming Polymer For Ocean & Submarine Cables.
