Microbial-resistance TPEE

Microbial-resistance TPEE

Halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic (TPEE) elastomer is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and safe, has a wide range of hardness, excellent colorability, soft-touch, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, excellent processing performance, no vulcanization, and can be recycled To reduce the cost, it can be injection-molded by the second time, covered and bonded with base materials such as PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS, etc., or can be molded separately. Thermoplastic elastomers have both the processing properties of thermoplastics and the physical properties of vulcanized rubber, which is an advantageous combination of the advantages of plastics and rubber.

Product Features:

1. Flame retardant properties: UL yellow card certification VO (1.5mm-6.0mm) through ww1 or IEC60332 test. Temperature resistance: chemical crosslinking or radiation crosslinking types meet the temperature requirement of 125°C

2. Product Safety: No PPS (polystyrene) flame retardant to avoid the risk of stress cracking

3. Conductivity: Surface resistance 103-13 power

4. Polymeric Foam: Marine Cable Designed for 0.68 Gravity
